This is just a quick reminder post to our membership and invitation to those interested. We will be having our next meeting on March 8th at 1PM at the WSRAR office. There will be a one hour open discussion of current real estate topics. What would you like to talk about?
After the discussion YPN leadership and interested memebers will have about a thirty minute business meeting.

WSYPN is set for a great 2011! Our success this year is stongley related to the quality of our sponsors. How is your business fan page doing on Facebook? Do you have a business page? Are you using your blogging to boost your business and demonstrate your expertise? How about Twitter?
If you don’t have solid answers to these questions then you might benefit from the WS YPN Social Media Event being held at the REALTOR® Board office on September 23rd!
We have a two session event from 1PM to 3:30PM. The first session is from 1-2PM and is a basic introduction to the social media world and why you need to be a part of it. There is a break from 2-2:15PM and then session II will begin. Session II is composed of 3 real estate agents from across the state that are hitting home runs in social media lead generation. We will be discussing advanced lead generation techniques and ways to create revenue from social media.
This is going to be a great event and lots fun. The Winston Salem Chapter of YPN is proud to bring this educational event to our board members. We are also working on a Technology Vendor Fair for December 9th! Stay tuned!

The Winston Salem association of REALTORS, with over 1400 members strong, is proud to announce that as of June 2010 the Winston Salem Chapter of REALTOR Magazine’s Young Professionals Network was approved!
What does that mean? It means that our local chapter of YPN is now recognized on a national level. Our members can use the logo, and designate themselves as Young Professionals.
Our chapter currently is meeting twice a month, once for business and the second meeting is a fun social event. We believe in giving back to our local community while educating ourselves and evolving into great future leaders of our industry.
We are most well know for our quarterly educational events that we organize, facilitate, and sponsor. Most notable are our always sold out social media events and annual technology vender fair. The vendor fair is renowned for showcasing the cutting edge systems in our industry.
We know people are watching us to see where the future of real estate is going. Therefore, we intend to deliver and lead our fellow agents to the next level by education and example.
